About Me

I’m Micah, and I manage a $4.5M real estate portfolio that I’ve built one deal, one rehab, and one tenant relationship at a time.

Today, that portfolio includes 83 units across a hotel which I manage remotely, and a 12 unit apartment building that I manage myself.

Over the past several years, I’ve expanded into real estate and business ownership. I’ve flipped houses, purchased apartment buildings, and most recently acquired a 60-unit hotel. Each step required a different set of skills.

I didn’t come from a real estate background. I learned by doing walking units myself, running numbers late at night, fixing mistakes, and figuring out how to operate properties the right way.

We launched with no employees, so I spent four months onsite hiring, training, and developing the General Manager and full staff, ultimately building a business capable of running smoothly without my physical presence.
